該崗位將base在深圳sales officeJob Summary:The Corporate Pricing Analyst at onsemi plays a pivotal role in driving pricing strategies and negotiations to support our top customers and distribution partners within the Industrial market. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of pricing initiatives and making informed decisions to balance margin and revenue effectively.Job De****ion:? Understand Corporate direction and pricing strategy and develop specific goals for each account.? Engage key stakeholders within onsemi to develop customer level negotiation strategies, identifying areas of negotiation leverage that result in extracting value for onsemi.? Proactively guide channel partner behaviors and review the daily price quote, debit utilization to meet corporate goal response time and improve Quote Quality.? Strategic collaboration and execution of customer pricing strategies between Business Unit and Sales to serve as an advocate for balancing margin and revenue in regions.? Gather competitive intelligence and understand market trends to provide data analysis that drives insights supporting strategic decision-making and pricing strategies.? Ability to make difficult decisions quickly with limited information maintaining confidence in oneself, peers, and account team.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines is required.· 5~10+ years related experience is required.· Sales or Marketing experience in the semiconductor industry is preferable.· Experience in contract/pricing negotiation is an added advantage.· An analytical mindset with the ability to conduct detailed market and pricing analysis.· Self-motivated, fast-paced, strong sense of responsibility, able to demonstrate good presence with customers and ability to work cross-functionally and with other specialists around the world.· Good command of spoken and written English.
