Duties and Responsibilities1.Driving internal quality improvement activities to ensure we achieve the external customer incident reduction goals. 2.Perform in-depth gap analysis and define effective improvement plans to prevent creation of new EFARs.3.Effectively follow thru the implementation &amp effectiveness of the defined improvement plan4.Periodically Review MPE limit and Implement Effective MPE process across all critical process steps.5.Review abnormal lots dispositions and ensure effective containment, risk assessment and corrective ****s are established.6.Ensure process/product change in respective area of responsibility is effectively implemented.7.Establish process quality control rules, review and ensure ****ages between FMEA/ Control Plan and ensure required process control are implemented to enable delivery of high-quality products to customer.8.Proactively review the internal performance to anticipate potential quality issues and drive operations team for preventive ****s.9.Provide leadership of internal audit to living 8D CAPAs’ effectiveness verification, machine qualification and new product qualification. Periodically audit manufacturing lines to drive compliance to process control, procedures, processes, and product requirements.10.Act as quality assurance role to new product development/introduction process to ensure high confidence of product release.11.Participate ATO task force regular meeting, drive BPI (Best Practice Implement) fan in and fan out.12.Continuous QA development for effectively driving robust / fool proof quality control procedure establishment thru new management theory/method/technology and advanced materials consideration.13.Generate eligible Process/Quality procedures and work instruction for line QA/QC inspector to carry out all operations without ambiguity.14.Be responsible to buyoff QC measurement methodology setup to meet IATF/Automotive customer’s requirement, maintain the work instruction of QC measurement instrument/tool.15.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications1.Degree holder on Science or Engineering.2.Be familiar with QC 7 tools usage, PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/Control Plan/Cpk/8D/ESD control procedure and quality system (IATF) relative knowledge.3.Good problem-solving skill and good report skill.4.Good communication and cooperation with cross functional team and external customer/supplier.5.Good in written and spoken English language.6.More than 5 years’ experience at semiconductor manufacture field is preferred.7.Wire bond &amp Wafer process experience is preferred.
