PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 職位概要

Under solid supervisor’s direction to develop and maintain customers of hospital and distributor to achieve sales target. Tocomplete collection and collation of marketing information independently.
在直接主管的帶領(lǐng)下完成醫(yī)院及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)工作，達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)；能獨(dú)立完成市場(chǎng)信息的收集、整理。

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)

- According to solid supervisor’s requirement, to make weekly work plan and submit it in time, visit customers, develop newcustomers and complete assigned sales target as planned.
根據(jù)直接主管的要求，制訂每周工作計(jì)劃并及時(shí)提交，按計(jì)劃拜訪客戶，開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶，完成指定的銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)

- Initiative to understand marketing information for related products independently. To build up, gather and update customers’data.
主動(dòng)獨(dú)立了解相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)情況，建立、搜集并及時(shí)更新客戶資料

- Have the ability to help distributor to manage inventory and order. To uate distributors’ business development plan with marketing conditions and feedback the implementation to management team.
具備協(xié)助經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商管理庫(kù)存量及訂單的能力，根據(jù)市場(chǎng)情況對(duì)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃進(jìn)行評(píng)估，并及時(shí)反饋公司管理層該計(jì)劃執(zhí)行情況

- Have relevant clinical and product knowledge, and have ability to provide product knowledge and solution to doctor/customer and training of basic product knowledge to doctors and distributors.
掌握相關(guān)臨床專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和產(chǎn)品知識(shí)，具備提供醫(yī)生客戶產(chǎn)品使用知識(shí)和方案的能力，具備培訓(xùn)醫(yī)生及經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商基本產(chǎn)品知識(shí)的能力

- Be positive to complete company required training in time with relevant exam pass.
積極參加并及時(shí)完成各項(xiàng)公司要求的培訓(xùn)，每次培訓(xùn)都能通過(guò)相應(yīng)的及格線要求

- Follow up the bidding progress of product and timely feedback to management team.
跟蹤負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的投標(biāo)進(jìn)展并及時(shí)反饋給公司管理層

PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 資格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度

- Medical or Medical device educational , college degree or above in Clinical, Medicine, Biology related field
醫(yī)療或醫(yī)學(xué)器械專(zhuān)業(yè)背景，或醫(yī)學(xué)，藥學(xué)，生物醫(yī)藥技術(shù)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域大專(zhuān)以上教育背景

EXPERIENCE 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- At least 3 years sales working experience, especially worked in foreign company is preferred.
至少3年銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，外企工作背景優(yōu)先考慮

- Related medical device and nursing product knowledge and experience
相關(guān)醫(yī)療器械及院外護(hù)理產(chǎn)品的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)及從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
