Overview:
The S&OP role focuses on internal demand & supply between all the mills and allocating the excess of supply to external. Managed the overall level of output (production) to meet the internal and external demand, managed the overall inventory level, routinely review internal & external demand.
- Responsible for creating reports on the Internal supply & demand; order backlog & intake; rolling forecast.
- Work with the respective sales offices; internal sales admin; mills in generating and assuring the accountability of the reports
- Preparation of all monthly and weekly reports for the company.
- Responsible for managing all information systems and monitoring production of the mills Occasional administrative tasks required
- Data Preparation: Collect data, prepare reports and analyze data from various sources (both internal company data and external market data) in order to generate the needed reports and assured the accuracy of the reports.
- Data Analysis: Analyze the data (production & intake number) to monitor trends and to provide a better and accurate forecast
- Data Visualization: Create data visualizations through dashboards and presentations of the data analytics software

Required Technical and Professional Expertise：
- Person with good organizational skills and international experience passionate about data analysis, market strategy and supply chain planning.
- Graduate in Business, Analytics, Finance or Economics familiar with Supply Chain Planning, Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- 2 years experience working preferably in Business Intelligence or Sales in the Commodities, Paper or Forestry sector.
- Knowledge of data modeling and financial modeling with excel is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable。
