Job Summary
職位概要：

This role is mainly responsible for planning and prioritizing manufacturing operations to ensure maximum capacity performance and minimum delay, coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products and determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Be capable to optimize the production procedures to ensure the produced on time in a profitable manner.
The excellent problem-solving skill and advanced coordination skill are highlighted useful for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Work Order Planning and issue:
工單計(jì)劃和下發(fā):
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing plan: draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each task or work order to meet the milestone target according to the project plan.
制作生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃：為符合項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的目標(biāo)，擬定主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，確定制造任務(wù)或者工單的順序和交期。
Analyzes material request, plant capacity data and performs MRP calculations to determine resource requirements.
分析物料需求，工廠能力數(shù)據(jù)并執(zhí)行MRP計(jì)算，用于確定項(xiàng)目總體的資源需求
Review capacity planning for accurate scheduling of forecast by balancing current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
通過(guò)平衡客戶的需求現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)狀況，并協(xié)調(diào)制造及供應(yīng)商的表現(xiàn)能力，來(lái)制定產(chǎn)能計(jì)劃，確保計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性且完成客戶需求。
Operate the ERP system to create Work Order and release to technicians.
使用ERP系統(tǒng)建立生產(chǎn)工單并下發(fā)至技術(shù)員處
Work with Supply Chain team to make sure parts on time feed to production line.
與供應(yīng)鏈團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作確保零部件準(zhǔn)時(shí)到位以保障生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)展

Manufacturing Coordination:

Production sequence management with IE, arrange technician’s task align with building plan
和工藝工程師共同進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)工藝和順序的管理，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃合理安排技術(shù)員的工作任務(wù)
Work order on time finish and apply to Quality inspection
工單按時(shí)關(guān)閉并申請(qǐng)檢驗(yàn)
ERP track with finance.
在ERP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)保持與財(cái)務(wù)部的良好協(xié)作
Coordinate any changes and communicate with Procurement, logistic and the Quality department.
協(xié)調(diào)任何可能發(fā)生或已發(fā)生的變化，并積極與采購(gòu)，物流及質(zhì)量部門溝通，以期找到應(yīng)對(duì)方案。
Confers with department manager to determine status of assigned tasks.

Manage the material/parts on site.

Basic Qualification:
職位基本要求:
5 years or above relative working experience.
5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),
Bachelor degree of engineering or above.
工科相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
Assembly and test manufacturing company work experience.
