Position: Dynamics CRM Developer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting ASP.NET and C# applications that are built to support and streamline business operations
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support of existing Dynamics CRM development
- Create and modify documentation
- Defines system scope and objectives through research to develop or modify moderately complex information systems problems.
- Provides input for system changes or enhancements, giving primary consideration to the feasibility, maintainability, customer needs and overall cost/benefit and quality requirement.
- Training
- Recommends possible improvements.
- Learns new languages or technology necessary to meet the needs of assigned projects and develops skills in systems analysis.

Required Experience/Skills:
- At least 5 years of related experience in the specification, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including consulting and leadership roles
- ASP.net and C# experience required
- Silverlight a PLUS
- STRONG in JavaScript
- Understanding of the Dynamics CRM server configuration and set up
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, data analysis, SSRS and database optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM’s asynchronous service and related issues a plus
- Familiarity with Active Directory configuration as it relates to CRM Users
- Demonstrated familiarity and expertise in customizing fields, forms, attributes, views and reports in Microsoft CRM
- Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues
- Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM data structure and related database tables, views and indexes
- Experience with Microsoft CRM 2011 preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills, as necessary to work effectively with staff at all levels

Education/Certificates:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline
- MS Dynamics CRM certification, preferred but not required
