Job Title: Project Manager R&DReport to: Development and Project Operation Team LeaderDirect reports: NA職位：研發(fā)項目經理匯報對象：開發(fā)和運營團隊主管下屬：無MissionYour mission is to manage R&D project with focus on automation, responsible for the management of the entire project lifecycle, including organization, follow-up, launch, change management from development phase to operation and maintenance phase您的使命是管理自動化產品的項目研發(fā)，負責項目全生命周期的管理工作，包括從立項，研發(fā)到運維階段的組織，跟進，發(fā)布，變更等管理工作Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Collaborate with the product manager to **** the scope, target, and launch plan for the development project, work with the R&D team and operations team to conduct preliminary technical analysis and estimate product costs, and complete business cases and project applications.?Leading and manage cross function team for product development, including pre-study, business case, prototype, launches, product phase-out and meet all project milestone and deadlines and manages reporting documentation.?Manage the complete certification process of new products (CE, UL, IC, FCC, testing report etc.)?Overall control of R&D projects to ensure that they can be delivered on time, with quality, and at cost. Regularly review and identify deviations, and work with project team members to correct deviations. Being able to clearly identify risks, regularly review project progress, compared with plan and identify deviations. When deviations occur, can affect relevant stakeholders to obtain corresponding support, promote effective project progress and communication, collaborate with project team members, and bring the project back on track.?Good transparency throughout the entire process. The target is known and well understood by all stakeholders. Ensure that key milestones and important issue is clear aware by all project team members. The documentation is well managed to facilitate easy access to stakeholders.?Collaborate with other teams to maintain strong motivation among development team and create a positive group dynamic.任務職責包括但不限于:?與產品經理合作，確認項目的范圍，目標及發(fā)布計劃，與研發(fā)設計團隊和運營團隊合作進行前期技術分析和估算產品成本，完成商業(yè)案例和項目申請。?領導和管理跨職能團隊進行產品研發(fā)，包括前期產品研究，商業(yè)案例，原型機制作，產品發(fā)布，產品淘汰，滿足項目研發(fā)的里程碑和最終上市日期，并管理相關開發(fā)文檔?管理新產品的完整認證流程（CE,UL,IC, FCC,測試報告等）?研發(fā)項目的整體把控，確保項目可以按質，按時，按成本交付。能清晰的識別出風險，定期回顧項目進程，對比計劃發(fā)現偏離，發(fā)生偏離時，能夠影響組織內部的相關利益者獲得相應的支持，推動項目有效的進行和溝通，與項目組成員合作并將項目帶回正軌?項目全程有良好的透明度，整體目標是被所有干系人知曉和理解，項目的進展，關鍵節(jié)點，重要事宜，確保所有項目組成員清晰知曉，文檔做了良好的管理，方便相關方輕易獲得相關信息?與其他業(yè)務部門合作，創(chuàng)造積極的團隊動力使開發(fā)團隊保持強大的動力Education & Experience?University degree or above with engineering ****?Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in project management for engineering related field, ideally with focus on R&D projects.?3 years of mechanical/electrical designing is a plus. ?Experienced with special machines, robotic application, or tightening and spindle applications is a plus.?Experienced in industrial/automotive assembly and/or machine tool building.Knowledge & Skills?Good knowledge about project management tools, theory, and goal setting.?Good understanding of competition and product positioning.?Good understanding of mechanical design.
