Purpose of FunctionThe FM Supervisor oversees daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include managing FM staff, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing vendor relationships. This role requires certain organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role will act as a key liaison between departments, manage FM resources, and maintain efficient workflows. He/She is part of local facility management team.職位目標(biāo)：設(shè)施管理主管負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督日常設(shè)施運(yùn)營(yíng)，確保安全、高效且合規(guī)的工作環(huán)境。職責(zé)包括管理設(shè)施管理員工、協(xié)調(diào)維修、實(shí)施預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃以及管理供應(yīng)商關(guān)系。該職位要求具備一定的組織能力、注重細(xì)節(jié)，并能夠在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中處理多項(xiàng)任務(wù)。該職位將作為各部門(mén)之間的關(guān)鍵聯(lián)絡(luò)人，管理設(shè)施管理資源，并維護(hù)高效的工作流程。他/她是當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)施管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員。Tasks and Responsibilities- Team management on FM staff KPI review, ****uation, development. 團(tuán)隊(duì)管理包括下屬員工績(jī)效評(píng)估及發(fā)展。- Responsible for plant facility reliability, implement preventive maintenance plans for building construction / electrical / security protection / HVAC / plumbing / special equipment facilities. 負(fù)責(zé)工廠設(shè)施設(shè)備的可靠性，對(duì)廠房建筑，電氣，安防，暖通，給排水設(shè)施及特種設(shè)備實(shí)施 預(yù)防及糾正性維護(hù)。- Ensuring all facilities meet compliance with laws and regulations, ensure the safety of maintenance activities. 確保設(shè)施設(shè)備的運(yùn)行合規(guī)，確保維修執(zhí)行的安全。- Responsible for the routine inspection of relevant facilities and equipment, timely fix the urgent facility issues (e.g., power outages, rainwater leaks). 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備的日常檢查，及時(shí)解決設(shè)施緊急故障（如停電，雨水滲漏等）。- Create spare parts strategy for the relevant facilities and equipment, manage spare parts stock. 制定相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備的備品備件策略，管理備件庫(kù)存。- Implement energy-saving initiatives (electricity & water conservation), reduce the CO2 emission through utilization of green energy. 實(shí)施各項(xiàng)節(jié)能措施（水電節(jié)約），通過(guò)綠色能源的引入降低碳排放。- Conduct FM project management, oversee the FM renovation, re**** or new built project from feasibility study to project set up to implement to acceptance, to ensure the whole process comply with EHS regulation, quality, time and budget requirement as well as related regulations. 主導(dǎo)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目管理，監(jiān)督設(shè)施改造，搬遷或新建項(xiàng)目 從可行性論證到實(shí)施到驗(yàn)收整個(gè)過(guò)程 符合安全，質(zhì)量，時(shí)間及預(yù)算管理要求或規(guī)定。- Responsible for FM service vendor management, including contract or agreement renewal, performance ****uation, cost monitoring and budget plan. 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)施維保供應(yīng)商管理，包括合同或協(xié)議更新，績(jī)效評(píng)估，成本監(jiān)控及預(yù)算計(jì)劃。 - Support and involve Risk Engineering Audit by Corporate Insurance to apply codes and standards. 支持和參與公司保險(xiǎn)部門(mén)要求的工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)審計(jì)，以滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。Position Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)- Minimum 5 years working experience of FM management in multi-national industrial manufacturing plant- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office - Knowledge of building codes and sustainability practices- Cooperate and communicate - advanced level- Act reliable – advance level- Drive results - advanced level - Pay attention to detail - advanced level- Care about the customer - advanced level- Learn and develop – advanced level
