Responsibilities:?Provide expert optimal solution recommendations in SAP Order To Cash modules and Vistex including Sales Order, Deliver, Customer Billing, Outputs, Available to Promise (ATP) , Inter-company, Commissions, Pricing, Quotes, Ship-n-Debit, Design Registration, Rebates, etc.?Independently work with business teams to understand their business requirements and provide optimal solution options.?Provide hands on operational support for Order to Cash and Vistex enhancements, tickets and incidents and maintain KPIs.?Work with cross functional teams including AMS, IT and business in resolving business problems.?Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical solution design.?Own and deliver Order to Cash and Vistex business solutions on S/4 HANA to support business transformation.?Review and document business capability needs and create winning solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing ****works and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces.?Champion BDAT methodology (Business Process ＞ DATA＞ Application ＞ Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options.Qualifications:?Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business.?Strong hands-on techno functional knowledge of SAP Order to Cash and Vistex to support for the in-scope business processes, including Sales Order, Deliver, Customer Billing, Outputs, Available to Promise (ATP) , Inter-company, Commissions, Pricing, Quotes, Ship-n-Debit, Design Registration, Rebates, etc.?Cross functional experience in Finance, Supply Chain modules, and EDI.?Hands on experience supporting business requirements in Order to Cash and Vistex area providing end to end solutions and resolving issues.?Hands on experience providing operational support in Order to Cash and Vistex area and managing the delivery KPIs.?S/4 HANA with one large-scale Green Field SAP S4/HANA full cycle implementation and business transformation experience.?Knowledge of S/4 HANA Solution Stack, Technology and Architecture with deep process and cross functional knowledge across different business functions.?10+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Order to Cash and Vistex area.?Solid experience with IT processes related to Change management, Release Management and SDLC.?Have experience in deploying out of box solutions options over customized solutions.?Have experience in driving and influencing business and IT teams to keep the core clean. ?Working knowledge on business process standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) along with an enterprise BPM tool.?Fluent in English both oral and written, experience with working with global team in different time zone.?Strong communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a solid team p****.
