崗位名稱：音樂(lè)教學(xué)助理崗位職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)音樂(lè)課程的教務(wù)管理工作，了解每位教師的專業(yè)背景、授課風(fēng)格，從而做出合理的教學(xué)安排，包括課程安排、學(xué)生信息管理、教學(xué)進(jìn)度跟蹤等；2.協(xié)助專業(yè)教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量和效果。針對(duì)專業(yè)課授課情況做文字記錄及報(bào)告，對(duì)學(xué)生專業(yè)課學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和整體協(xié)調(diào)；3.與學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)保持良好溝通，解答他們的疑問(wèn)，提供必要的幫助和建議；4.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生考勤和成績(jī)管理工作，及時(shí)記錄和更新學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況；參與學(xué)校晚自習(xí)值班工作，為學(xué)生提供必要的幫助和指導(dǎo)，維護(hù)良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍；5.負(fù)責(zé)編排校歷、課表、日常教學(xué)授課類通知的撰寫(xiě)發(fā)布、教學(xué)相關(guān)文件的撰寫(xiě)起草等；6.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交予的其他相關(guān)工作。任職要求：1.熱愛(ài)音樂(lè)教學(xué)，對(duì)自己職業(yè)規(guī)劃清晰，有在基礎(chǔ)工作崗位開(kāi)始做起并不斷學(xué)習(xí)和進(jìn)步的愿景”2.音樂(lè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，具有留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先，英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言；3.熟悉教務(wù)管理流程，具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和執(zhí)行能力，能夠適應(yīng)一定的工作壓力，具備處理突發(fā)狀況和緊急問(wèn)題的能力；4.細(xì)心謹(jǐn)慎，具備良好的溝通能力和服務(wù)意識(shí)，能夠與學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)和教師保持有效溝通，解答疑問(wèn)并提供幫助；5.熟練使用各類辦公軟件和教學(xué)管理軟件。Job Responsibilities:1.Manage the academic affairs of music courses, understanding the professional **** and teaching **** of each instructor to make appropriate teaching arrangements, including scheduling classes, managing student information, and tracking educational progress.2.Assist faculty members in preparing for classes to ensure high-quality teaching outcomes. Document and report on the specifics of specialized course instruction, and coordinate and compile statistics on student learning in these subjects.3.Maintain effective communication with students and parents, addressing their queries and providing necessary assistance and advice.4.Manage student attendance and academic records, keeping timely updates on student progress participate in school evening study supervision, offering guidance and support to students and maintaining a positive learning environment.5.Responsible for organizing the academic calendar and timetables, drafting and publishing notices related to daily teaching activities, and preparing educational documents.6.Perform other related duties as assigned by superior leadership.Job Requirements:1.Passionate about music education with a clear career plan, willing to start at an entry-level position and eager to learn and progress.2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in music or a related field, with preference given to candidates with international study experience English proficiency as a working language.3.Familiar with academic administration processes, possessing strong organizational and execution skills, capable of handling work pressure, and adept at managing emergencies and unexpected situations.4.Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a service mindset, able to effectively interact with students, parents, and teachers to resolve queries and provide assistance.5.Proficient in various office and educational management software.
