SUMMARY
We are looking for a System Engineer to drive the system vision, architecture and design requirements of multi-disciplinary state of the art 3D imaging medical systems. The System Engineer needs to understand the user needs, and be responsible for defining the architecture and system requirements of the medical device, while balancing implementation complexity, clinical requirements, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality to uate and optimum design alt...

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

?Understand multi-disciplinary systems of Electronics, Mechanics, Algorithms and Physics, and lead and develop the system architecture and system requirements of such systems.
?As key role from technical side, support several product localization projects in China
?Analyze design natives from all aspects, such as design complexity timelines and risks, technical and clinical performance, manufacturability, cost, etc
?Lead the technical decision making in the project while collaborating with cross-functional peers within and outside
?Work with program managers to create and manage project schedules.
?Design and lead lab experiments and integrations, analyze and solve problems of real complex systems in lab, in production, or in the field.
?Lead CFDA type testing in CFDA lab for new product registration, report progress and trouble shooting.
?Basic knowledge of EMC, safety test of electric device.
?Work with quality and Israeli team to clarify customer complaint process, lead product diagnostics and key parts repairing in Israel.

QUALIFICATIONS

?Demonstrated ability to work with technical leadership team to implement new products & technologies, and interfacing with in-house teams as well as remote global teams / contractors.
?Capable of developing high level system requirements based on marketing technology and customer inputs.
?Capable of partitioning large systems into subsystems and components each of which can be handled by a single engineer or team of engineers or subordinate architect.
?Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues.
?Strong communication and influencing skills, able to "hold the room" and lead meetings.
?Experience in resolving system engineering issues, and be “hands on” when needed.
?Experience in generating a set of acceptance test requirements, together with the designers & test engineers, and experience with quality management, standardizations and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
?BSc Electrical Engineering degree from a leading university.
?Master degree - advantage.
?＞5 years of experience in development of multi-disciplinary products, including HW, SW, Mechanics, and Physics
?＞2 years of experience in system engineering.
?Experience in Imaging / Electro-Optical systems – advantage.
?Experience in Medical devices – advantage.
