職責(zé)描述：
Position Summary工作摘要:
Through implementing technical projects and corresponding training programs in production area, ensure
technical application competence improvement that lead to production’s needs.

Responsibilities/ Authorities工作職責(zé)權(quán)限:
1.???? Project management, including but not limited to review supplier’s design, follow up the schedule,
FAT and installation.
2.???? Specification, documentation, development and carry out IQ, OQ & PQ cooperate with QE department.
3.???? Provide training and development of the mechanical solutions.
4.???? Support production team for the stability of the production and utility equipment(if needed) for the Plant.
5.???? Establish, train and develop the team to ensure solid maintenance skills and in general an effective team.
6.???? Communicate with supplier and other sites to solve all problems related to maintenance.
7.???? Execute and coach in good structured problem solving, participate the equipment improvement project and other CAPEX project.
8.???? Support and monitor the maintenance team to implement the PM and daily maintenance, support spare parts management.
9.???? Carry out close cooperation with the other departments, team members and outside specialists, analysis and establish the improved plan , implementing ,tracing result.
10.? Assist other departments and areas in Plant to ensure best practices within processes, equipment, systems.
11.? Assist in the planning of personnel training to satisfy maintenance and operational requirements.
12.? Monitors installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
13.? Ensure compliance to the company Policy/standards and Authority Institutes requirements.
14.? Provide guidance for the facility EHS and Security function ensure compliance of respective regulatory and company policy.
15.? Other tasks assigned by supervisor


Qualifications
任職資格:
Education 教育背景:
university or above in engineering.工程類本科及以上畢業(yè)
Work experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
5+ years experience of related working experience with GMP knowledge. 相關(guān)工作5年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，懂GMP要求。
Competence and skills技能技巧:
Familiar with CAD software
Others其它:
Spoken and written English.良好的口語(yǔ)和書面英語(yǔ)
Strong coordination skills, be able to plan works logically, good interpersonal skills.良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，工作有計(jì)劃，有邏輯，良好的人際溝通技巧。
