Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
?Business partnership and Finance leadership
oDirectly reporting to Sr. Finance Director APAC and closely work with regional leadership team to lead all FP&A activities in Asia Pacific
oLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecast process and provide guidance to country finance teams Develop financial analyses and reports that provide business insights to key stakeholders with recommendations to business management or finance leaders for decision making purposes.
oPartner with country / functional leaders to identify opportunities and risks in current plan and work together to deliver APAC’s performance commitment.
oIdentify and lead process improvement projects to streamline current finance processes & procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
oRecruit, train and develop direct reports in professional competencies.
oEarn a seat at the table as a trusted partner to global, regional and functional teams

?Financial reporting and analysis
oInvestigate weekly sales progress and variance analysis and identify business opportunities and risks with mitigation plan toward monthly / quarterly target.
oMonitor sales and business performance indicators, highlighting trends, analyzing and explaining variances.
oPartner with Intl FPA team to prepare APAC monthly/quarterly financial results package and analyze variances in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, gross margin, expenses, HCs and capital expenditures.
oPartner with Corporate/Intl FPA teams to drive CPI across the planning processes for Forecasts, Budgets and Strategic Plan.
oManage Hyperion database and Smartview reporting enhancement initiatives as needed.
oAd-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for any initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
?Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related fields.
?Strong business acumen and ability to interact /influence with Business functional leaders/regional finance contacts independently.
?Learning on the fly with ability to deal with ambiguity high standards of accuracy and organization.
?High level of integrity and commitment, self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
?Articulate with excellent English communication skills, both, written and oral.
?8+ years working experience (5+ years in in FP&A function) in MNC companies.
?Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is preferred. Knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle is an advantage.
