職責(zé)描述：
-The PMT manager develops in-depth knowledge of the proton therapy system and its subsystems including proton beam delivery, dosimetry, imaging, clinical workflow, interface with 3rd party products, and customer acceptance tests.
-The PMT manager develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
-The PMT manager supports the sales team as a product specialist in customer meetings when requested.
-The PMT manager organizes promotional events for the ProBeam proton product.
-The PMT manager reviews each call for tender in detail with the responsible sales person to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing and delivery timelines.
-The PMT manager provides all necessary project management skills to coordinate the work of all departments needed for the timely delivery of complete and successful tender responses.
-The PMT manager makes use of a technical tender database, and input from product management and engineering to create optimized and customer centric tender responses.
-The PMT manager collaborates with the site solutions team to create tests of fit for the proton bunker, to determine transportation and installation costs, and to define appropriate project timelines.
-The PMT manager is responsible for the handling of third party products as part of the tender, such as diagnostic imaging or dosimetry equipment.
-The PMT manager has excellent command of the English language, and the ability to simplify complex project related matters for a mixed audience of administrators, physicians, physicists and radiation therapists.



任職要求：
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience).
-5+ years of related experience.
-Experience in marketing management and/or capital equipment marketing preferred.
