Job Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for channel agreement, process and channel policy
2.Handle the annual dealer agreement in agreement terms alignment with division and cross functions
3.Lead the annual dealer agreement signing process and push all the agreement to be signed within timeline
4.Record, report and analysis on the agreement signed dealer’s information
5.Understand the channel structure of each division and track the dealer change based on the agreement change
6.Update and launch the channel process and policy based on the business growth
Minimum Qualifications:：
1.At least bachelor degree with more than 5 year working experience
2.Fluent with office software, especially strong excel skills
3.Medical industry is plus
4.Previous experience on channel management is preferred
