1.SUMMARY
The Production Engineer is responsible for the development and ongoing update of manufacturing and shipping activities. Also, the production engineer is responsible for dealing with the problems in the producing process. All above will allow Accuray Chengdu to provide products that meet customer needs and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
生產(chǎn)工程師負責(zé)公司的生產(chǎn)制造及運輸技術(shù)的開發(fā)和改進，并解決在實際生產(chǎn)過程中所遇到的各種技術(shù)問題，使得公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品滿足法律要求和顧客需求。
2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1Production Control 產(chǎn)品控制
?Participate in new product development projects to represent manufacturing requirements and goals.
參與新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)計劃，滿足制造需求和目標(biāo)。

?Interface with R&D personnel to facilitate the transfer of product designs into manufacturing.
與研發(fā)人員接洽，將產(chǎn)品涉及轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)。

?Develop requirements for received materials, in-process product, and final product inspection/test.
對原材料、中間產(chǎn)品和最終產(chǎn)品的檢測和測試提出要求。

?Responsible for the management of product changes (CA’s) to ensure correct implementation.
對產(chǎn)品工藝進行更新以確保正確實施。

?Assist the development of facility requirements to accommodate production, including workflow, shelving, other storage, and employee workstations.
協(xié)助對生產(chǎn)廠房進行管理，包括生產(chǎn)線，擱板柜架，其他容器和員工工作間。

?Develop packaging and shipping requirements so the product can be transported to the customer without damage.
提高包裝和運輸?shù)募夹g(shù)，滿足需求，確保產(chǎn)品能無損的運送到客戶手中。

?Interface and support regulatory affairs as required to maintain production processes and facilities in accordance with FDA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
依照FDA、OSHA以及其他使用性法規(guī)支持并維護生產(chǎn)流程和場所的合法性。

?Implementation of special facility controls that may be required, for example ESD, cleanliness, etc.
對特殊場地進行控制并使之符合要求，例如 ESD、清潔、5S等。

2.2PROCESS CONTROL 工藝流程控制
?Set Up WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work
編寫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作的生產(chǎn)工藝流程和優(yōu)化作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書

?Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization
計算和提高工藝時間已達到生產(chǎn)能力的最大效率

?To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
建議并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵改進措施，優(yōu)化勞動力配置，降低報廢率，提高物料利用指數(shù)；

?Identify, develop, and design/procure manufacturing tool and fixture requirements.
根據(jù)需要確定，開發(fā)，設(shè)計或采購制造工具和夾具

?Assist in uating, ing, and ordering equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
協(xié)助評估、選擇和訂購適合公司生產(chǎn)、更具有成本效率的設(shè)備

?Oversees the installation, modification, acceptance, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
負責(zé)并督促生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的安裝、驗收、改造、升級和維護；

?Assist the identification and hiring of assembly personnel required to assemble, test, and distribute the devices in accordance with the relevant assembly and test work instructions and quality system requirements.
按照工藝文件和工作指導(dǎo)書以及質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)的要求，協(xié)助識別和招聘能進行裝配，檢測和正確使用設(shè)備裝置的人員；

?Provide training related associates (including shift leader, operator, etc)
針對生產(chǎn)工藝，為生產(chǎn)線員工提供培訓(xùn)（包括班長，操作員等）；

?Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
利用精益生產(chǎn)原則，不斷持續(xù)改進生產(chǎn)；

?Teamwork with production and Quality teams to complete process improvements
與生產(chǎn)部門和質(zhì)量部門協(xié)作，完成工藝改進；

?Other tasks assigned by superior.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)

3.1SAFETY AND QUALITY安全與質(zhì)量
?Ensure safety and quality considerations and requirements are pro-actively addressed and implemented in product design and production processes.保證安全與質(zhì)量需求的前提下進行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程。
?Address and manage in a timely fashion safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff.及時回應(yīng)和處理由客戶或員工提出的安全與質(zhì)量缺陷
?Supports Quality System and Safety and Health Program by following procedures and mentoring others.通過以身作責(zé)遵從生產(chǎn)規(guī)程來支持公司質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)和安全健康法規(guī)，并以此來影響其他員工。
4.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS任職資格
?Bachelor of Science degree, in a production, manufacturing engineering, general engineering field, or equivalent experience.
生產(chǎn)、機械制造及相關(guān)工程設(shè)計學(xué)科或相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷；

?Five years experience working in, and/or supervising manufacturing or engineering activities.
5年制造，工程設(shè)計行業(yè)工作或管理經(jīng)驗；

?Experience with personal computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet reports, and E mail.
熟練的計算機技能，掌握包括WORD,EXCEL和E-MAIL等辦公軟件；

?Good written and verbal communication skills, with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers.
良好的書寫和語言表達能力，能與員工、供應(yīng)商和客戶進行良好的交流；

?Experience in writing, reading and interpreting the documentation of designs and production processes.

?Experience in product testing and calibration and control processes.

?Experience in ESD and cleanliness special control processes.
