職責(zé)描述：
The Legal Counsels tasks include supporting the Sales Organization with contract review and composition, general legal counselling (HR, Finance) as well as monitoring and reporting of general legislation changes in China to management, especially in regards to Cyber Security Law. The LC will work independently in the Chinese affiliate of the global company and be part of the global legal organization. Locally, the LC will refer to the head of finance. The LC is expected to handle the overall legal processing of smaller and medium sized tender procedures or proposals, within a global legal framework, and provide general legal support to the organization both independently and in cooperation with external lawyers.
The LC is expected to support the business by building relations throughout the local Chinese company as well as building relationships with the global legal team.

Competency Development: The LC must focus on developing legal, analytical and process orientated skills. Furthermore, organizational understanding, sales competency in regards to interaction and negotiation with customers and development of business law competencies. Above mentioned areas must be supplemented with conceptual understanding of IT, including knowledge about general IT processes. The understanding of these concepts must be developed by working closely together with the business units as well as attending relevant education. Finally the LC is expected to follow the technological development, as well as new possibilities and methods from a business perspective. Strengthen the companies’ legal capabilities and improve legal processes. Global legal frameworks will be used as foundation, but it is expected to adapt these more and more to the Chinese market.
Communicates easily with the global organization/customers/external partners, with the aim of achieving consensus or common understanding of complex issues.
Argues and convinces parties of strategic issues where there are different points of view but common interests.
Improves and develops processes across the organization both locally and globally.
Good oral English is a must
