職責(zé)描述：
1. The engineer team need do process improvement and optimization by collecting key process data and production data, increase production efficiency.
2. Study new process based on customer’s requirement and related standard.
3. To involve in investigating the root cause when big customer complaint happen , provide the corrective action and ensure the quality is in control .
4. Evaluate the new tool, machine and IDM.
5. Daily productin trouble shooting with engineer team to ensure the process smoothly.
6. Do some necessary training either internal or external.
7. Make PE team work content more standardization, for example BOM, FMEA, trial run report, quotation etc.
8. EHS training to subordinate and review the EHS related policies and procedures to achieve the required results，ensure all the activities according to EHS policies. Monitor and responsible for interrelated party.
