為外資客戶提供財(cái)務(wù)外包服務(wù)及其他咨詢服務(wù)，包括但不限于：
Provide foreign invested client with financial outsourcing and consulting services, include but limited to:
1.對于中華人民共和國所適用的企業(yè)會計(jì)準(zhǔn)則的遵守
Comply with the PRC GAAP
2.根據(jù)國家會計(jì)制度為客戶進(jìn)行賬務(wù)處理、出具財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表
Make bookkeeping and issue the financial statement for client in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.
3.定期分析檢查賬務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并準(zhǔn)確解決
Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner
4.整理、裝訂、妥善保管客戶的會計(jì)憑證、賬簿、報(bào)表及其他相關(guān)資料
Bind, trim and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents of the clients
5.在不違反法律規(guī)定的情況下為客戶申領(lǐng)、開具增值稅發(fā)票及認(rèn)證增值稅專用發(fā)票
Apply for, issue and verify the VAT invoices in compliance with the laws on behalf of the clients
6.根據(jù)稅法及相關(guān)條例規(guī)定，為客戶計(jì)算稅金并安排納稅申報(bào)（月度、季度或者年度），包括增值稅、個(gè)人所得稅、企業(yè)所得稅等
Calculate and fill in the tax return in compliance with the taxation laws on behalf of the clients
7.為客戶辦理銀行結(jié)算及其他相關(guān)事宜，例如：資本金結(jié)匯
Deal with the bank settlement and other related services for the clients, e.g. capital settlement
8.負(fù)責(zé)對財(cái)務(wù)工作有關(guān)的外部及政府部門，如稅務(wù)局、財(cái)政局、銀行、會計(jì)事務(wù)所等聯(lián)絡(luò)、溝通工作
Responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and accounting firms
9.運(yùn)用英語或中文與客戶進(jìn)行溝通，維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系
Communicate with the clients in English or Chinese, maintain good relationship with the clients
10.其它特定項(xiàng)目的會計(jì)及稅務(wù)工作服務(wù)
Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to other specific projects for clients
11.公司交辦的其他事項(xiàng)

Requirements and skills (工作要求)
1.財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或本科以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor or above degree major in accounting, finance or other related fields
2.1年以上財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外商投資企業(yè)或者財(cái)務(wù)外包相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
More than 1 year full-time working experiences related to accounting or finance, working experiences in a WOFE or financial outsourcing company is a plus
3.會計(jì)初級職稱
Possession of certification as a junior level Chinese professional accountant is a plus
4.有出口退稅操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Has the experiences in tax-refund operation is a plus
5.了解基本的企業(yè)會計(jì)準(zhǔn)則及中國的稅法知識
Familiar with the knowledge of PRC GAAP and China Taxation Laws
6.熟練操作用友、金蝶及辦公軟件，有SAP或者Exact經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Skilled in operate the UFIDA and Kingdee, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, the experiences in SAP or Exact software is a plus
7.較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)意識及技巧
Good customer service attitude and skills
8.能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常有時(shí)間期限性質(zhì)的工作
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
