Responsibility
1. Apply quality management tools to analyze quality issues, such as 8D,SPC,MSA, FMEA.
能運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理工具進(jìn)行質(zhì)量問題分析,如8D,SPC,MSA,FMEA等進(jìn)行分析；
2. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
開發(fā)制定質(zhì)量相關(guān)的檢驗(yàn)、測(cè)試、評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法
3. Monitors and enforces quality system.
監(jiān)督和優(yōu)化質(zhì)量體系
4. Gathers data and performs problem solving to control and improve the quality of the production processes.
收集數(shù)據(jù)和解決相關(guān)問題從而提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量過程
5. Develops and maintains control plans and operator instructions.
開發(fā)和維護(hù)控制計(jì)劃書和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
6. Participates and documents problem solving activities related to quality issues.
參與質(zhì)量問題的處理及分析歸檔
7. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material, and devised methods to assess responsibility.
開發(fā)并執(zhí)行不良品處理程序
8. Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulation data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
指導(dǎo)作業(yè)員評(píng)估材料、產(chǎn)品、過程的質(zhì)量和可靠性
9. Interfaces with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer, or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related problems.
協(xié)同采購(gòu)、工程、生產(chǎn)與客戶一起處理質(zhì)量問題
10. Provides computerized status report describing progress and concerns related to inspection activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the process, material, or product.
將過程、材料、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管控的檢驗(yàn)記錄和不合格記錄，生成電子文件并進(jìn)行歸檔
11. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
編寫培訓(xùn)材料，指導(dǎo)并培訓(xùn)檢驗(yàn)員完成質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)工作
12. Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processed, materials, and products.
對(duì)新開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)的方法和最新代碼進(jìn)行定期更新和維護(hù)
13. Other task as assigned by the Quality Manager.
質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。

1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;

2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Engineering with 3 yeas related experience.
工程相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. Knowledge of automotive quality system TS16949
了解TS16949汽車質(zhì)量體系
3. Excellent team work spirit & communication ability.
優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作精神及溝通能力
4. Rich skill in 5 tools of APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA.
擁有APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & MSA五大工具技能
5. Good English both in writing and reading is a must
良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力
6. Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
