Title: Order Administrator

Reports to: Great China Finance Manager

Job Summary:

This position serves as the primary contact for sales and MVSD customers in GC China.

Essential Functions:

1. Sets up new customers in Accounting software
2. Enters orders into Accounting Software for MVSD customers
3. Verifies pricing on customer purchase orders against contractual pricing or internal discounting authorities
4. Reviews customer purchase orders for compliance with company policies
5. Maintain the customer information in Golden tax system and generates the invoice after shipment
6. Tracks orders on the backlog and provides sales and customers with updated status of orders
7. Follow the collection for past due invoices
8. Distributes monthly accounts receivable statements to sales and customer
9. Maintains customer files
10. Responds to customer inquiries; troubleshoots customer issues
11. Interfaces with operations group and product services group
12. Handle replacement and product repair and return from customers with operations group

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to support rapidly growing sales region
2. Strong accounting system skills; various software knowledge desirable
3. Knowledge of Excel
4. Understanding of Chinese import & export requirements
5. Detail-oriented and organized
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex and demanding customer issues efficiently
7. Strong initiative and self confidence

Minimum education and work experience required:

1. 2-4 years of experience with order entry，account management, or customer service in multinational corporation
2. Bachelor degree majoring in business-related , secondary majoring in accounting is plus
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
4. Location near Waigaoqiao is an advantage
